RTP Group of Companies Organises HR Systems 2024 Seminar

Xi'an, Ben Wang] From 25th to 30th March, the Group held a seminar on human resources system with the theme of "Cohesion and Consensus, Help Extension", which was attended by more than 140 people, including leaders in charge of human resources of subordinate units, persons in charge of human resources departments of second and third level units, and business backbones. Secretary of the Party committee of the group company, chairman of the board of directors Zhang Kai-shen attended the completion ceremony and delivered a speech, deputy secretary of the Party committee Zhan Jun presided over the completion ceremony.
The seminar introduced new training forms such as forum-style sharing teaching and business skills competition on the basis of thematic lecture input and management case review. The seminar invited industry experts to explain the latest policies and industry dynamics, refining and chemical companies, Huatech forum-style teaching to share management experience, trainees around the actual case group review seminar, 14 units on the core business of human resources, hot and difficult issues in the skills competition. Learning seminars focus on the construction of high-level talent team, focusing on human resources compliance management, facing the problem, cohesion and consensus, and strive to improve the scientific, systematic, institutionalised and standardised level of human resources management. During the seminar, the trainees were enthusiastic about learning, the discussion was active and enthusiastic, the results were fruitful and gratifying, and the expected effect was achieved.

Mr Zhang Kai-sheng affirmed the seminar and the learning results shared by the participants. He pointed out that we should focus on the Group's high-quality development, solidly promote the construction of technology, skills and management "three teams", increase skills evaluation, organise various forms of skills competitions, and establish a top-level design of human resources to meet the development strategy of the enterprise and a high-level talent team; we should continue to optimise the allocation of personnel positions, and put the right people into the right positions. To continue to deepen the salary distribution reform, increase to the production line of heavy, dangerous, bitter, tired, night and other positions tilt; to increase the benchmarking efforts with the industry's first-class enterprises, and improve the evaluation of the results of the benchmarking, analysis and application; to continue to strengthen the human resources system of the construction of their own team, improve the level of business capacity, around the "practical work first, the reform of the importance of compliance-based" general requirements, focusing on building the human resources system, and to create a new human resources system, to improve the human resource management system. We will continue to strengthen the construction of the human resources system, improve the level of business capacity, and focus on the overall requirements of "practical work first, reform as the key, and compliance as the foundation", and strive to build a talent team that meets the needs of high-quality development of enterprises.
