Group Company Issues Implementation Programme Deploys Group-wide Learning and Education on Party Discipline

[Ben Wang Xi'an] A few days ago, in order to deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and important instructions on party discipline learning and education, earnestly study and implement the Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Actions (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), strengthen the construction of the Party's discipline, and push forward the development of the Party's overall strict governance in the longitudinal and deep development, the Party Committee of the Group formulated and issued the "Implementation Programme of the Party Committee's Party Discipline Learning and Education in Group Companies" (hereinafter Programme"), deciding to carry out in-depth study and education on Party discipline from April to July 2024 throughout the Group.

 

 

 

The Programme pointed out that the study and education on Party discipline was guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, focusing on solving the problem that some Party members and cadres were not attentive to, did not understand, and did not master the Party rules and discipline, organising Party members and cadres in particular to seriously study the Regulations, so as to learn the discipline, know the discipline, understand the discipline, abide by the discipline, understand what the Party's rules and regulations are, and what they can and can't do. To comply with the rules and regulations engraved in the heart, internalised as a code of conduct, to further strengthen the sense of discipline, strengthen self-restraint, improve immunity, enhance political strength, discipline, moral strength, resistance to corruption, and always be loyal, clean and play a role in writing a new chapter of the Group's high-quality development of the Group to provide a strong safeguard.

 

 

 

 

The Programme stresses that we should adhere to the combination of individual self-study and centralised study, take the original study of the Regulations as the first task of party discipline learning and education, focus on party political discipline, organisational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, life discipline to carry out thematic seminars, and promote the Regulations into the brain and heart. To adhere to the combination of warning education and discipline, seize the "key minority", focus on important positions, focus on key links, guide party members and cadres to learn discipline, know discipline, discipline, discipline. To strengthen the interpretation of the training, adhere to the publicity and interpretation of the combination of thematic training, a deep understanding of the significance of strengthening the party's discipline construction, party discipline learning and education to drive compliance, strict enforcement of discipline.

 

 

 

 

The Programme calls for adhering to the two-pronged approach and promoting both, closely integrating the study and education on Party discipline with the implementation of major decisions and deployments of the Central Government, deepening the "Three Years" activities and the implementation of the Group's key tasks throughout the year, and adhering to the work line of "practical work first, reform as the most important, compliance-based", and focusing on the main line of work, with a view to strengthening the Party discipline. Adhering to the main line of "practical work first, reform is important, compliance is the foundation", focusing on effectiveness, grasping the key points, improving the quality, abstaining from formalism, and guarding against all kinds of "low-grade red" and "high-grade black".
